We are offering 3 regular services for our customers, Rush, Super Rush and 4 hours.

Rush : Service is made within 2 hours in the metropolitan area. Service is made within 1 hour if the starting point and the delivery point are both in the downtown area.

Super Rush : Same as the rush service. Only the time frame is changed. 60-90 minutes in the metropolitan area and 30-45 minutes downtown.

4 hours : Service is made within 4 hours.

It is very important to note that the time allocated to a service begins at the moment you hang up the phone with us at the office or at the moment your package is available for pick-up. If the time frame given to a call cannot be executed before 17h00 and there was no special instructions requiring a same day delivery then the call will be re-scheduled the next day according to the following time frames :

Super Rush : Delivery before 9h00 AM

Rush : Delivery before 10h00 AM

If your call must be delivered the same day or night, during the week-end or on a holiday then the following table is used for billing :

I-Call placed after 13h00 / Service 4 hours / Same day delivery

Price ---> As a rush service

II-Call placed after 15h00 / Rush service / Same day delivery

Price ---> Super Rush

III-Call placed weekdays between 17h00 and 18h00 / Same day delivery

Price ---> Super Rush x 2 (MINIMUM : $10.00)

IV-Call placed weekdays between 18h00 and 20h00 / Same day delivery

Price --> Super Rush x 2 (MINIMUM : $25.00)

V-Any other calls placed weekdays before 07h30 or after 20h00, on the week-end or on a holiday

Price --> Super Rush x 2 (MINIMUM : $35.00 on the Montreal Island)

Price --> Super Rush x 2 (MINIMUM : $40.00 for outside of the Montreal Island)
